The word Gothic has many faces. Despite originally representing architecture toward the end of the Dark Ages, it also means a genre. The 1991 Robin Hood movie is part of it.
In the year 1991, the movie Robin Hood Prince of Thieves saw the big screen and created quite a wave with young ladies of the time, such as me.
I became captivated by the folktale of Robin Hood and wanted to know more about the medieval time and its beauty and terror.
So here is my review of the first movie that had me fall for medieval times and Gothic history.

RoboCop was the first action cyberpunk sci-fi live-action movie I watched. It was a movie that created a bond between my grandpa and me. I loved RoboCop, and to this day, that movie is part of my Top 3 Faves.

1997 Event Horizon’s Infinite Terror!
When my mother went to Blockbusters, we were members with our cards and all where six movies would cost only like $10.00 for rentals. Good times! Well, I was a fan of the Alien franchise, Ripley being a role model to me.
I wanted to watch Alien III because it was the one I didn’t watch, but the movie wasn’t there. Little did I know I would soon be aboard the Event Horizon the infinite terror.
